To the fullest extent permitted by law, CozyNest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CozyNest, its officers, directors, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, Content, products, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you actually paid to CozyNest in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CozyNest and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your improper use of the Service.

You must not: (a) use the Service to upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable Content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated scripts or tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service; or (e) impersonate another person or entity.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
